In the quilting world, the pattern for this quilt's blocks is known as "the log cabin." In this instance, each log cabin is made from a solid red center surrounded by scrappy strips of a polka-dot cotton chambray, a solid cotton chambray, and a slate blue linen-cotton blend on one side, and strips of solid white and cream on the other. The quilt's back features a very minimal gray grid on a white background.
• This quilt measures approximately 60" x 60" (152.4 cm x 152.4 cm).
• This quilt is made from a combination of 100% cotton and linen-cotton blend fabrics, which encase an American-made 100% cotton batting.
• A screen-printed fabric label, with the quilt's number (No. 53), is stitched into the binding of the quilt.
• Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle, using a Shout Color Catcher for the first wash. Dry on low heat and remove promptly. This quilt has not been prewashed, which means it will become delightfully crinkled following its first trip through the washing machine.
